30 Day Refund Policy

The returns policy allows you to request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.

Only one return per order is permitted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

returned with the original packaging

returned with any relevant diamond certificate(s)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe. Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to appear.

Items Ineligible for Refunds

Custom or Personalized Items:

Refunds do not apply to custom-made, modified, or personalized items such as initial pendants. We guide you through a comprehensive approval process before shipping your custom item to ensure satisfaction with the design. Any changes requested after receipt of a custom or modified item will incur labour or remake fees.

Engraved Items:

Refunds or exchanges are not available for engraved items.


Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare case of defective or damaged items, we will replace your order. To
request a replacement, please contact us at support@urbanvrit.com and ship
the item to the designated address.

Cancellations for Custom Orders

If you change your mind about a custom or modified order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. For cancellations requested after 48 hours, a fee of 15% of the total order amount will be charged.

If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Returns Shipping Instructions

Prior to returning your product, please contact us
at support@urbanvrit.com Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping. For items exceeding $200, we recommend using a trackable and insured

shipping service. Urbanvrit is not responsible for lost returns sent by customers.

Comparative Purchasing

Comparative purchasing is defined as buying multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the rest. To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep prices competitive, comparative purchasing is not allowed. If we suspect an order is comparative, it may be blocked from shipping or return.

Rush Fees & Express Shipping Fees

Rush fees are non-refundable once production has begun, which is typically within 24 hours of placing your order. Express shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has left our workshop in India.
